Nivika announces first European client

Nivika Consulting Services, LLC, a process reengineering and consulting services company, today announced it has signed on its first European client, a UK-based boutique Investment Banking firm.

The new UK-based client specializing in raising debt and equity capital, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation studies for middle-market companies. The move to Europe supplements Nivika’s existing clientele in North America, giving the company a global reach.
