Nivika signs on 5 new clients

Nivika Consulting Services, LLC, a process reengineering and consulting services company, announced further client wins in the year. The company has been concentrating on the Analyst services group that caters mainly to Investment Banking boutiques and Private Equity firms. Their recent success with North American corporate finance boutiques has been augmented with new client wins in the past months.

Nivika recently began their association with an M&A firm based in North Carolina. Nimish K. Sonawala, Managing Partner of Nivika said, “We are in the process of closing a deal with another M&A firm on the East coast, which will take the newly signed clients for the year to 3 North American and 2 Canadian firms.”

Additionally Reshma Shah, part of the Business Development group stated “We are currently evaluating partnering with European firms, but expect it to be a short while before we enter the European market.”
